Through our WhatsApp chat, we may store:

  • Your phone number
  • Chat messages exchanged during the conversation
  • Any media files or attachments you send (e.g., photos, documents)

These are stored only for customer service purposes, and purged as soon as they’re no longer needed, unless otherwise required by law.

4. How to Request Data Deletion

To delete your data, please:

1. Message us via WhatsApp, clearly stating:

– “Request to delete my data”

– The phone number you used in the conversation (if different from the one you’re messaging from)

2. Our support team will confirm receipt of your request.

3. Within 30 days, we will:

– Delete all eligible personal data relating to that WhatsApp session from our systems.

– Send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.

5. What Deletion Does Not Affect

  • Data processed for legal obligations (e.g., tax, compliance) may be retained to the extent required by law.
  • Deleting your chat history does not delete data retained elsewhere, such as in backups, where deletion must follow internal retention policies.

6. How We Handle Your Request

  • We verify the request matches the phone number used in the chat session.
  • Our team reviews and processes the request within one month.
  • You receive a confirmation of deletion via WhatsApp or email (based on your preference).
